2023
Mens Newquay Championships
Mens A came 18th overall after getting into the Semi finals. mens B came 29th overall after getting into the Quarter Finals.
London River Race
21.6 Miles 28 Bridges 239 all sorts of boats.
Ladies: 4th fastest Ladies crew, 13th fastest Gig, 44 place overall (including every type of boat/gig/skiff and tub that was entered)
Men and the mighty Jackie Hardwick: 3rd fastest men’s crew, 3rd fastest gig, 6 place overall (again all boats included)
Ladies Newquay Championships
What a wonderful weekend at Newquay ladies champs, the sun shone and the water was flat calm. Great rowing all round and we reached the quarter finals!
Clovelly
The club came 4th overall. Mens and ladies Vets both came 2nd, Ladies Supervets came 6th, Mens Supervets came 3rd, Ladies B came 3rd, Mens B came 4th, Ladies A came 4th and Mens A came 2nd.
Brixham Regatta
What a brilliant weekend at Brixham, amazing results on Saturday & Sunday and such great team spirit. We took home 2 trophies from the regatta.
Brixham Vets Championships
Mens A finished 4th in the cup final, Mens B finished 1st in the shield final. Ladies finished 2nd in the Bowl final.
Looe
our first time going to the Looe regatta this year. the weather was perfect and all teams went out and fought hard in their races. The final island race at the end saw the Mens team come 3rd.
Mounts Bay
With 26 clubs in attendance it was a very full and busy day at mounts Bay regatta. the club had some mixed results but overall everyone enjoyed the day.
Zennor
Another great day of racing, the club came 3rd overall. Ladies A 5th, Mens A 2nd, Ladies B 4th, Mens B 2nd, Ladies Vets 6th, Mens Vets 2nd.
World Pilot Gig Championships
The club went out and rowed their best ever races this year. With the mens A crew coming 22nd, the mens B crew came 98th and the mens SV came 15th. The ladies A crew came 49th (1st in group E), the ladies B crew came 109th (1st in group J) and the ladies SV came 39th. It was a smashing weekend for all those involved.
2022
Lundy League
The team went out on this chilly day and rowed their best. With an overall score of third. A great day had by all.
Newquay Mens County Championships
The men sent two crews to this race. Overall Bude A came 31st and Bude B came 32nd. The teams did really well on both days and pushed each other hard to get the best results.
Great London River Race
Two teams went along to the Great London River Race, due to the circumstances at the time the race part of the event was removed. The boats went along the route and both teams enjoyed the day.
Newquay Ladies County Championships
The ladies team went along to the championships and came 67th overall. The day went well even with the weather trying to dampen their spirits.
Clovelly Regatta
With many crews covering all the different races for this event there were a lot of the club at the race which made the day a lot of fun. The club came 3rd overall.
Brixham Vets Championships
This was a great day for racing, both teams had a crew out. Ladies came 9th in the Plate Final, coming 17th place overall. Men came 8th in the Cup Final, finishing 8th overall.
Brixham Regatta
Only the ladies were able to send teams to this regatta, they had a great time and even stayed overnight.
Appledore and Instow Sprints
A fantastic evening had by all, with some great results. Men 3rd, Ladies 3rd, Mixed 2nd.
Goran regatta
Unfortunately rowing was cancelled at the regatta this year due to the sea conditions. The club still had a great time socialising and cleaning Bedehaven.
Rock regatta
A great day of rowing and lots of fun. The last race of the day always has a fun twist to it. With a result of joint 5th!
Mounts Bay regatta

Zennor Regatta
A great team picture from our first regatta of the year. A great place to race, with beautiful scenery. We finished 4th place overall.
World Championships
The 31st anniversary of the Isle of Scilly World Gig Championships. We went, we rowed, we had a blast!
